VICKY goes Candid….!

Hi Friends! Welcome to my new blog. I tried exposing the reality behind the concept "India Shining" through my first blog by means of few short stories. It got a tremendous response from readers across the globe. You liked it, you appreciated it and you loved it.
It has given me enough courage and confidence to work on my next blog. This time I am not going to present the facts by converting them to stories, rather it will be a candid narration of the fact and truth itself. I will be presenting my opinions on certain social, political and general issues. The opinions are purely personal and I do not want to hurt anyone’s sentiments in anyway but the facts and truth need to be exposed. Hope of your support and love…!

A girl is raped and treated barbarically in the capital of our country. The news channels trying to get the TRP’s by any means, to mention, not all of them. No statement from our "Statue PM" and the great Lady Sonia Gandhi. Why should they? They know they got hundreds of guards around them. A feeling and sense of horror, terror, insecurity and public outrage in the Capital of our country. Delhi is burning in this chilling cold!

Then we come across some great Gyans pouring in from across all corners of the country, especially North India: Some Khaps and Panchayats coming in with some Talibani rules and orders, girls being banned from wearing jeans and T-Shirts, going to co-ed schools, using cell phones etc., etc. An eminent politician throwing some light on the concept of Brahmacharya and sex, another citing some rules on the dress code of girls. How could Saadhus and Sanyasis remain behind? One comes up with the ideology that the victim was as much responsible for the incident as the culprits. He is even asking the law makers not to give those bastards a harsh punishment and suggesting that no strict rules should be made against men. Kudos to this "Saadhu," for showing such courage. A man himself whose name has been involved in several cases is suggesting the law-makers as to how to frame the legal policies. This can happen only in India.

We also get the knowledge that Bharat is different from India; thanks to this tragedy. Some people giving arguments that the rate of crime in rural India is far less than that prevalent in cities. Maybe these people read different newspapers which we read and have different general knowledge books than which we have. Something is different with them and for them, it seems.

This is enough of the shit from these people who themselves don’t know what needs to be done and what needs to be spoken in public. How long are we going to tolerate this? I know the patience and tolerance level of Indians is unquestionably good. But how much? When are we going to end this? We need to act before it’s too late. India needs action. Indian needs Justice. India needs me and you to stand up. Don’t let anybody dictate the dress code for your daughters, sisters, mothers and wife. Don’t allow anybody to give gyaan to you on Brahmacharya and sex. Don’t bear any law or rules which a fraud Saadhu or Yogi wants you to follow.

I feel really sad, seeing the don’t care attitude of many fellow Indians on what is happening around them. They tell it is all a part and parcel of the society and it goes on like this. No dear, it is not a part of the society. It is We, who form the society and are the society. Everything will change once we change ourselves. We all as a part of India or so called "Bharat" by some gentlemen need to do something.

Again, I know that no state, no country and nothing can be perfect but something needs to change within our country. Something means something. Also I do not want to dictate something like some foolish Neta or any Idiot Saadhu (my reference here is Idiot Saadhu not the real knowledgeable person who cares for no material gains), I just want my fellow countrymen to give it a second thought, the situation prevalent in our country, crime, atrocities, raining rape cases and many other things which is hampering our daily and normal life. It is not only the problem or issue of the victim or her family members. It should be a concern for all those living around, it should be a concern for the society, it should be a concern for the country and eventually it should be a concern for you and me.

Live for "Us" and not "I." Even an animal thinks and care of the group in which it lives. Have you not ever seen the hue and cry which crows make when any of their group members meet with an accident or have you not ever seen the outrage of the monkeys on the casualty of any of their group members? So are we, who call themselves "human beings," who possess great intellectual and reasonable powers, even worse than these animals. The answer should be "No."
So my request: Wake up, Think, Stand and Act before we do not have anything left. It has happened to one and it can happen to anyone.

Mother Nature bless us all!
